DESCRIPTION

Extract Cream is a skin whitening agent used to lighten areas of darkened skin such as freckles, chloasma (also known as melasma), age spots, and acne scars. Meloan Cream works by decreasing the production and increasing the breakdown of melanosomes (melanosome pigment granules) in the skin’s pigment cells (melanocytes). This occurs when the activity of tyrosinase, an enzyme required to make melanin, is suppressed. In most cases, skin lightening should be observed after 4 weeks of therapy. It may sometimes take longer to see any changes, but if after 3 months of treatment no whitening effect is observed, you should stop using the foaming cream. To increase the effectiveness of the foaming cream, you must be out of the sun, or wear protective clothing and use SPF15 + sunscreen outdoors. Do not use solar lamps or salt parlors. It is important to use the extract cream regularly as directed until you achieve the desired whitening effect, after which use only as needed to maintain results. Before using the cream, test the sensitivity of the skin on a small patch of hyperpigmented skin. If there is no redness or itching within 24 hours, start treatment. Cleanse and dry your skin before applying a thin film of cream twice a day to the area (s) where whitening is required. Rub well into the skin. Apply enough to cover the affected areas and avoid applying to normal skin as this will also brighten. Therefore, wash your hands after application, if it is not the area of treatment. Do not apply to eyes, mouth, or other mucous membranes. Do not use other medicinal topical products (especially Peroxide products) at the same time on the same area unless directed by your doctor. When using non-medical cosmetics, sunscreens and moisturizing lotions First apply the foaming cream, then wait a few minutes before applying them over the top. Side effects care cream  are very well tolerated. Some women may experience minor and temporary skin irritations, including mild itching or odor, and skin redness (irritant contact dermatitis). If they don’t stop using the cream. Side effects, which should ensure that the cream stops and medical attention is immediate, include severe burns, itching, encrusting or swelling of the treated area (possibly allergic contact dermatitis) and any unusual discoloration of the skin. Long-term use of an extractable cream has been associated with the development of exogenous ochronosis (persistent blue-black pigmentation), especially in Africa, but this is rare. It may be due to other ingredients such as phenol, resorcinol, and anti-malarial agents that are known to cause ochronosis. Precautions. Do not use benzoyl peroxide, hydrogen peroxide, or other peroxide products when using foaming cream. Temporary dark discoloration of the skin may occur. If accidentally used together, wash skin with soap and water to remove stains. Cream extract may contain sodium metabisulfite, which can cause serious allergic reactions (including anaphylaxis) in certain sensitive individuals. Breastfeeding cream should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
