How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For our UK customers we provide 2-3 day shipping. For UK customers who want their order in a hurry, we provide Express Shipping. You have the option to choose Next Day Delivery – order before 3pm, and get your order next day.
For international customers, delivery is usually 7-12 days.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you may place your order, and checkout as a guest, an account is not required. However, opening an account with IPREMA gives you advantages such as discounts, and special offers when we send out our newsletters.

Order Tracking
How Do I Track My Order?
To track your order press the Track My Order at the top of the Menu or Bottom of the page. Enter your Order ID in the box and press the “Track” button. The Order ID is included in your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
